Positive: The property was as described, very clean and well laid out. Great location right near the Main Street of Bedale and very clear communication.

Negative: The cottage was missing a few of the basics that make a really nice short term stay. It would have been good to have some salt, pepper, cooking spray/oil and more than 1 spare toilet paper.

Positive: Functional and faultlessly, spotlessly clean. Superb position to access everything that Bedale and the surrounding areas has to offer.

Negative: Local church bells?? chimed regularly during the night. Lack of curtaining meant property was flooded with light very early in the morning. Despite several reviews dating back some time referencing the problem with the cooker and hob controls no action has been taken.

Positive: The property was beautiful, very clean, quiet and a good location. There was a pint of milk in the fridge with sachets of milk, coffee, tea with both Demerara and white sugar available. Lovely crockery, beautiful bed linen the list goes on basically we couldn't fault the property. The bonus was the car parking space as I am a wheelchair user.
